Website Terms
Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Silicon Key website and its public forms, content, and scheduling features.
Effective July 26, 2026
1. Agreement and Eligibility
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization. Do not use the site if you do not agree to these terms.
2. Website Information and Consulting Services
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Submitting a form, booking a call, or exchanging preliminary information does not create a client-consultant relationship, guarantee availability, or obligate either party to proceed with a project.
Any paid consulting, design, development, automation, training, or related services will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for those services.
3. No Guaranteed Results
Technology and business outcomes depend on many factors outside Silicon Key's control. Examples, case studies, estimates, and descriptions of potential benefits do not promise or guarantee revenue, savings, performance, adoption, or any other specific result.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the site to:
- Violate law, another person's rights, or contractual obligations.
- Submit false, unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive material.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or compromise the site or its security.
- Access private systems or accounts without authorization.
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial site content without permission.
- Send spam or introduce malware, harmful code, or automated abuse.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site or others.
5. Intellectual Property
The site, Silicon Key name and branding, original copy, graphics, code, and other original materials are owned by Silicon Key or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the site for its intended business purpose. They do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. Ownership of client deliverables is addressed in the applicable signed client agreement.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
The site may link to or rely on third-party services, including Calendly, Supabase, and Vercel. Silicon Key does not control third-party sites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.
7. AI and Generated Information
Our work and website may involve artificial intelligence tools. AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use and should be reviewed by a qualified person. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its public content are provided "as is" and "as available." Silicon Key disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Silicon Key will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Silicon Key's total liability for claims arising solely from use of the public website will not exceed $100. Limits applicable to paid client services are governed by the signed client agreement.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute concerning these website terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and each party consents to those courts' jurisdiction and venue.
11. Changes, Severability, and Contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Silicon Key contact form.
